Perhaps the most important game on the Week 10 College Football Saturday slate will feature a Top-15 matchup between the 1st-ranked Miami Hurricanes and the 11th-ranked Notre Dame Fighting Irish. Let’s take a look at the match statistics and predictions for this game between the Hurricanes and the Fighting Irish.

Miami enters this game with a record of 8-0 and is coming off a 38-35 win against North Carolina in Week 9. The Hurricanes by no means played their best against the Tar Heels, but look likely to bounce back against Notre Dame in a game that could have massive ramifications with regard to the College Football Playoff rankings. 

As for Notre Dame, they enter this game with a record of 7-1 and are coming off a 35-13 win against Navy in Week 9. The problem with the Fighting Irish is that they have rarely been tested this season. Their only real test was against BYU, and that was their only loss. Notre Dame does have the luxury of playing this game at home, but there is not much reason to believe they will comfortably win against the number one team in the country.
