The Chicago Bears will host the New York Jets on Sunday afternoon for the 1st time since 2022.

The Bears are riding high after they pulled off the upset victory against the Philadelphia Eagles on Monday night. Case Keenum played nearly perfectly in place of both Caleb Williams and Tyson Bagent, who were injured prior to the game. He completed over 70% of his passes for just under 250 yards and 2 touchdowns. His veteran poise was unparalleled, and he, along with a strong defensive effort, helped the Bears pick up the 27-7 victory last week. The win did also come with some unfortunate mistakes by the Eagles, which the Bears should not be banking on happening again here.

The Jets opened their season with a dominating win over the Tennessee Titans in which they led the entire game after their initial drive. However, they are coming off back-to-back losses to Green Bay and Detroit. Both losses were one-score games, and New York squandered early leads in both. They will likely be without Breece Hall, who was injured last week, but Braelon Allen should be more than serviceable in his spot. Geno Smith is off to a solid start this season and has completed 75% of his passes and thrown 4 touchdowns to 0 interceptions.
