Late meeting of Premier League matchday 15! The Mersey derby could not be held on the original date due to weather conditions. Everton will host Liverpool this Wednesday at 2:30 pm EST. The match will take place at Goodison Park. These two teams do not have the same ambitions in this championship. Everton are 16th in the table. The Toffees want to secure their place in the English top flight as quickly as possible. Even so, they are 9 points clear of the first relegation zone.

Liverpool, on the other hand, are aiming for the title. For weeks now, the Reds have been at the top of the table. They are already 6 points clear of Arsenal (2nd). A derby win would give them an even bigger lead. Admittedly, Arne Slot's men have just lost the FA Cup. However, a few days later in the Premier League, they'll have the chance to get back on track.
