There’s a very interesting Serie A clash for the last Sunday game as Roma and Juventus take to the stage at Stadio Olimpico in the capital. The two are sitting right next to each other in the table, both competing for a desired top-four spot.
It must be said that both sides aren’t coming into this game in the best form, even more so for the visiting team, who have only won one in their last six. Even then, they couldn’t celebrate their victory last time out, facing the defeat on aggregate against Galatasaray.
The two legs of this UCL fixture was full of action, containing a whopping 12 goals in total. So, it’s evident that the demands of the UCL are taking their toll on Juventus, who conceded multiple goals from 6th-place Como straight after the first leg.
The hosts’ recent form isn’t as dire, but still two wins in their last six isn’t the outcome they would’ve hoped for. They’re wishing that the boost of their last three matches undefeated carries them into this crucial head-to-head.

Our Roma vs Juventus Prediction
As mentioned above, Juve had an extremely challenging game just four days prior, both physically and mentally, having to play the majority with ten men and enduring extra time. We can expect to see some tired players on the field.
Plus, Juventus have shown signs of struggle at the back when traveling to the big teams, giving away far too many chances, often translating into goals conceded. For example, three goals at Inter, and two at both Napoli and Como. In the reverse fixture, Roma had plenty of good opportunities away from home, producing an xG of 1.44.
The fact that they’ve had slightly longer for rest and preparation, along with the support of the home crowd, and the visitor’s existing struggles against relevant teams, Roma should have a fairly comfortable edge in this meeting.
Our Roma vs Juventus Pick: Roma to Score Over 1.5 Goals.
