A new weekend of Italian Serie A action begins early on Friday, when Cagliari and Napoli lock horns at Unipol Domus on the island of Sardinia. Having lost each of their last two games, despite enjoying moments of promise, the hosts will be hoping to bounce back. They are now without a win in six league games, four of which they've lost. Such a run has left Fabio Pisacane's men down in a lowly 15th position. Thankfully, they are still six points above the drop. 

Operating at the other end of the table, the visitors will be hoping to secure what would be a fourth straight league success. They recently got the better of Lecce, a result that followed wins against both Verona and Torino. Their positive recent run has left the men from Diego Armando Maradona Stadium sitting in a very healthy third position, just one point behind AC Milan in second.

Sebastiano Esposito arrives in good form having recently scored against Como, while the young Italian forward has now registered shots on target in each of his last two appearances, shooting a total of four times in those two games. Effective on the break and at shooting from range, Esposito has also been one of Cagliari's best offensive performers in the biggest games, shooting on target against Napoli in the reverse fixture, doing so also against the likes of Juventus, Roma and Sassuolo, all of whom are currently in the top half. 

Given his strong shooting performances in games of this nature, Esposito is well worth betting on to register at least one shot on target on Friday, especially at odds of +105, which should probably be shorter.
