The biggest game of the La Liga season so far takes place on Sunday night, as leaders Barcelona travel to the Metropolitano to take on third place Atletico Madrid. Just one point separates Barca and Atletico at the top of the table, and with champions Real Madrid sandwiched between them, the title race looks set to go down to the wire. The two teams last met just three weeks ago, in an epic Copa Del Rey semi final first leg that ended in an incredible 4-4 draw.
Since that 4-4 draw, Barca have won three consecutive games, including two victories over Benfica en route to the quarter finals of the Champions League. Meanwhile, Atletico were agonizingly eliminated from the competition on penalties, after a 2-2 draw with rivals Real. That result capped a terrible week for Diego Simeone's men, after their weekend defeat to Getafe saw them drop from first to third in the La Liga standings.

This is going to be an epic encounter between the best defence and best attack in La Liga. Atletico's home form and impeccable defensive record gives them a slight edge, but Barca have been playing some scintillating football in recent weeks, with the likes of Lamine Yamal, Pedri and Raphinha all in sparkling form.
