Another of the early kick-offs that I'm interested in on Thursday evening is the UEFA Europa League showdown between Young Boys and Lyon. This is a game that involves the team that currently sits top of the League Phase tree. With 15 points to their name, the French giants have made light work of winning games on the continent this season, winning five out of six. You would assume that being top of the pile after six games would guarantee Paulo Fonseca's men a direct route to the Round of 16, but the table is so tight that they still have work to do. If they lose this game, then they'll be in a much less secure position.
Speaking less secure positions, the hosts find themselves down in 21st, just two points ahead of those who are not currently in a play-off or Round of 16 position. Fortunately, they have time to ensure that they get over the line, but their recent form doesn't exactly point towards them upsetting the league leaders. Young Boys have lost each of their last five games in all competitions. Meanwhile, the visitors have won each of their last six.

Strong on the break and also adept at breaking weak teams down, the men from France should make light work of enjoying themselves offensively.
