The new NFL season is finally underway, and Week 1 will feature plenty of great matchups, one of which will see the Atlanta Falcons take on the Tampa Bay Buccaneers. Let’s take a look at the match statistics and predictions for this NFC South divisional matchup between the Falcons and the Bucs.
Tampa Bay enters this game coming off a 10-7 season in 2024-2025. The Bucs were good enough to win the NFC South, but ultimately lost to the Washington Commanders in the NFC Wild Card by a score of 23-20.
As for Atlanta, they are coming off a disappointing 2024-2025 season, finishing with a record of 8-9. The Falcons finished in second place in the NFC South and have now missed the playoffs in seven straight seasons.
