The Las Vegas Aces visit the Indiana Fever for Game 4 of their best-of-five semifinals series on Sunday, September 28, at the Gainbridge Fieldhouse.
The Aces lead the series, 2-1, and are one win away from another trip to the WNBA Finals. After losing Game 1 to the Fever, the Aces have bounced back with two straight double-digit victories.
Game 3 saw the Aces hack out an 84-72 win. It was a close game until Las Vegas pulled away in the fourth quarter, when they outscored Indiana, 25-16. Recently minted MVP A'ja Wilson struggled mightily (30% FG), but fortunately for her, the rest of the Aces stepped up.
Jackie Young led all scorers with her 25 points, built on an efficient 9-14 clip from the field. NaLyssa Smith and Chelsea Gray added 16 and 15 markers, respectively.
On the other end, Kelsey Mitchell's 21 points topscored for the Fever, but she only shot 8-26 (30.8%) from the field. The two other double-digit scorers for Indiana were Lexie Hull (16) and Aliyah Boston (12).
Caitlin Clark, Sophie Cunningham, and Damiris Dantas will still sit out the next game for the Fever. Meanwhile, the Aces are still fully healthy and available for Game 4.
