One of Thursday's four Europa League clashes will see Man United and Lyon conclude their quarter-final business at Old Trafford, where the Red Devils will be hoping to make home advantge pay having tied away from home in France last week.
It looked for all to see that Ruben Amorim's men had picked up a smash-and-grab win in Lyon last week, scoring late in the day through Joshua Zirkee, who despite being a forward, seemed an unlikely scorer. However, the hosts, who had the better of the game for the most part, had other ideas, tying the game at 2-2 through Rayan Cherki, who pounced on a rebound in the 95th minute.
After taking a beating at the weekend, the hosts need to steady themselves for what is clearly their biggest game of the season. This is also huge for the visitors, but they'll go to Manchester off the back of a confidence-boosting win.

Ruben Amorim will be without Matthijs de Ligt, Lisandro Martinez, Jonny Evans, Amad Diallo and Joshua Zirkzee. Far from being blameless in the 2 goals he conceded in the first leg, André Onana did not play last weekend. It remains to be seen whether he will regain his starting place for this second leg. Bruno Fernandes will be one of the players to watch during this match. He boasts 16 goals and 18 assists in all competitions. He also provided an assist last week at Groupama Stadium.
Rayan Cherki is the man in great form in the Lyon ranks.
As for Lyon, Ernest Nuamah is absent. On the good news front, Paulo Fonseca should see Malick Fofana return to the squad. The Rhône-Alpes club will be able to count on several players in fine form.
