It's round three this season for Rams vs Seahawks, this time with a Super Bowl trip on the line. Here are the best player props ahead of the NFC Championship match.

It’s round three between the Rams and Seahawks, this time for a spot in the Super Bowl. The first two meetings were both tight affairs, with Los Angeles winning by two at home and Seattle securing an overtime win on a two-point conversion.

However, that doesn’t necessarily mean the same thing happens in the third meeting. Seattle gave a great example of that in the way it shellacked San Francisco in the divisional playoff, beating the 49ers 41-6.

While the Seahawks looked great last week, the Rams have been on the shaky side. Los Angeles needed a late escape against sub-.500 Carolina, then beat Chicago in overtime. The Rams are just 5-3 SU in their past eight, and two of those came against the wretched Cardinals.

In a game like this, knowing the likely game script is an important part of finding the right prop plays. Here are a few great options for your NFL bets.

Matthew Stafford Over 35.5 Passing Attempts (-113, FanDuel)

The Rams want the ball in Stafford’s hands. He threw 42 times in the rain against Carolina and 42 times in the snow against Chicago. In decent weather in Seattle, he’s probably going to throw at least 40 times.

The first meeting with Seattle appears to be the outlier; Seattle had the ball much more often than Los Angeles and was clearly trying to control the clock. In the second meeting with the Seahawks, played in Seattle, Stafford ended up with 44 passing attempts.

The Seahawks are a much stronger home team than away, and the game is likely to follow the Seahawks’ preferred script as a result. That means Los Angeles is going to need to throw to keep up, and that means Stafford should exceed this number with ease.

Kenneth Walker III Over 85.5 Rushing Yards (-114, FanDuel)

Walker is running hard lately, and Seattle keeps trusting him with the football. He scored three touchdowns in the playoff win over the 49ers, and he’s been at the top of his game in December. Over his past four games, he’s rushed for 364 yards and four touchdowns, and one of those was a 100-yard day against the Rams in Seattle.

The Seahawks prefer a more balanced attack than the Rams, and they’ve already proven that they can run the football on this defense. They’re going to try to establish Walker early and often, especially without Zach Charbonnet on the field. Expect a big workload for him.

Jaxon Smith-Njigba, Over 6.5 Receptions (-114, FanDuel)

Receptions are a bit safer of a prop than receiving yards, as Smith-Njigba has been more inconsistent on how many yards he can generate. But Sam Darnold consistently looks his way, and Smith-Njigba has caught at least seven passes in four of his past six games.

In the two games against the Rams, Smith-Njigba got a combined 25 targets and caught 17 of them, eight in Los Angeles and nine in Seattle. The Rams haven’t figured out how to stop him yet, and they’re probably not going to do it this season. Darnold should look for him early and often, and Smith-Njigba should have no problem hitting this number.
