This Friday night will deliver a short NHL schedule; however, some very attractive games will take place, the one featuring the clash between the Vegas Golden Knights and the St. Louis Blues being a perfect example. For this game, both teams are expected to show their best performances, as they need to secure an urgent victory that could end their recent struggling streaks.

On the one hand, the Vegas Golden Knights will face this game after losing their last three consecutive games, during which they have conceded four or more goals per game. With those numbers in mind, the Golden Knights have put themselves in a very difficult position, as the gap between them and the eighth spot has decreased to just four points and the Edmonton Oilers took them down from the top 4 of the Western Conference.

On the other hand, the St. Louis Blues haven’t been able to find offensive consistency, so it's not surprising that they still are the worst offense in the Central Division with 110 goals scored.
