Next Sunday night the NHL schedule will close its activities with a couple of main events to be disputed at 06:00 pm CST; however, the game that features the clash between the Vegas Golden Knights and the Chicago Blackhawks isn’t the most anticipated due to the lack of consistency that these teams have faced during the current regular season.

On the one hand, the Vegas Golden Knights currently have a four-game losing streak, which has put them in a risky situation as the gap between them and the eighth spot in the Western Conference has been reduced to just two points. With this in mind, the Golden Knights’ defense is expected to increase its effectiveness, as they have conceded four or more goals during the referred losing streak.

On the other hand, the Chicago Blackhawks have recently found some stability that allowed them to win their last two consecutive games; nonetheless, they still negatively remarked as the second-worst offense in the Central Division with 115 goals scored. Despite this, big applause should be given to them, because having such a bad offense didn’t stop them from getting very important victories over the Washington Capitals and the Dallas Stars.
