Playing in his first tournament since crashing out in the first round of the 2025 Australian Open, former top-10 player Stefanos Tsitsipas of Greece will face Harold Mayot of France in the first round of the 2025 ABN Amro Open. Tsitsipas, who has dropped to No.13 in the world after spending the last few years in the top-10 of the ATP world rankings, hopes to recapture his mojo back after losing three of his last four matches. His most recent setback came in a stunning fashion, losing to Alex Michelsen of the United States 7-5 6-3 2-6 6-4 in the first round of the Australian Open. After going through a four-match slump, Mayot scored back-to-back wins over Michael Vrbensky 6-2 6-2 and Mikhail Kukushkin 6-1 7-6(40 to clinch his place in the main draw of the first ATP 500 tournament of the year in Rotterdam.
