This is the second matchup between the Storm and the Dream this season. Spearheaded by Rhyne Howard's 33-point performance, the Dream defeated the Storm, 94-87, in that game. Allisha Gray also contributed 28 markers.
The Dream might be without Howard for this next game, though. In their recent win against the New York Liberty, Howard sustained an upper body injury that forced her to exit the game early and wear a sling. She is currently listed as day-to-day on the team's injury report.
As for the Storm, they are coming off an embarrassing 84-57 loss to the upstart Golden State Valkyries. They only shot 27% from the field as a team, with Gabby Williams and Nneka Ogwumike struggling mightily.
