The Las Vegas Aces (25-14) visit the Atlanta Dream (24-13) on Wednesday, August 27, at the Gateway Center Arena.
This is the third time that the Aces and Dream will face each other this season. The Aces have had the upper hand so far, winning the first two games by an average margin of 8.5 points.
Las Vegas are also riding an impressive 11-game winning streak. They carved out a 79-74 victory over the Chicago Sky in their most recent game. Jackie Young topscored with 22 points and 7 assists, while A'ja Wilson put in a near double-double performance of 18 points and 9 rebounds.
It also helps that the Aces don't have any names on their injury report. Of course, veteran forward Cheyenne Parker-Tyus has yet to play a game this season, but she's hoping for a return in the playoffs.
Meanwhile, the Dream have won their last two games, notably defeating two perennial contenders, the Minnesota Lynx and the New York Liberty. In the 78-62 win over the short-handed Liberty, Allisha Gray produced 19 points, while Brionna Jones contributed 17 markers.
However, the Dream will miss the services of Jordin Canada, who is nursing a hamstring injury.
