Not many thought that these would be the records of the two teams meeting in Las Vegas on Sunday afternoon. The Los Angeles Rams will come to town with a 2-4 mark to face the 3-3 Raiders.

The hype around the Rams during the preseason could not have gotten any higher. However, that hype has begun to drop drastically as injuries have piled up along with the losses on their record. Myles Garrett’s injury has certainly played a big part in how the defense has performed, but the bigger concern is how the offense has been playing. Inconsistency is an understatement for Stafford and company. The run game has looked strong at times with Kyren Williams and Blake Corum, but they have been forcing the passing game more and more with minimal success.

The Raiders are 3-3 and coming off a tough 33-30 loss to the Buffalo Bills. After a 3-game winning streak, the Raiders have now fallen into a 3-game losing streak. They have been allowing an ugly 36 points per game to their opponents during this losing streak. If they hope to have any chance against this Rams team, they will need to bottle up Stafford and force them into some uncomfortable spots on 3rd down.
