The current WTA Rankings tell us that there's not a lot between Lilli Tagger and Tamara Korpatsch, but we should not be surprised if this turns out to be much simpler for the Austrian competitor than the rankings may have us believe. She recently won a hard-court tournament, while she's up against a player who has recently struggled on this surface.

The Austrian has proved, on more than one occasion, that she has the measure of her German opponent, winning each of her previous matches against Tamara Korpatsch, who has lost five of her last six hard-court matches, in straight sets.
