Learner Tien vs Adam Walton Prediction & Picks - ATP Delray Beach Open

As things are now in full swing at the ATP hard-court event in Delray Beach, where the courts are slow by typical hard standards, Wednesday brings us several matches, one of which sees Learner Tien take on Adam Walton. Very much a match between two up-and-comers, who are separated by just seven places in the ATP rankings. Lerner Tien, the up and coming 19 year old out of Irvine California is coming off an incredible performance at the Australian Open where he took out Cmilo Ugo Carabelli in the first round and then upset 5th seeded Daniil Medvedev in a grueling match that nearly surpassed the 5 hour mark. It was Lerner Tien's first Grand Slam tournament and boy did he make an impression. 

Adam Walton, the 25 year old out of Brisbane is more experienced, appearing in three Grand Slam tournaments last year- the Australian Open, the French Open, and then in Wimbledon. For the Australian Open and French Open, Walkton squeezed in as a wild card and although didn't perform remarkably in these tournaments, slowly climbed the rankings, breaking the top 100. It will be interesting to see what happens here, especially as the early betting market has installed Tien as the big favorite.
