French qualifier Quentin Halys continues his fairytale Wimbledon run, when he takes on 15th seed Holger Rune in the third round. Halys has defied the odds to beat Christopher Eubanks and Karen Khachanov in the first two rounds, but Rune represents a huge step up for a player who has never been beyond the third round of a grand slam. Rune reached the quarter finals last year and has dropped just one set on his way to the third round. It has been a slightly disappointing year for the Danish number one, but he reached the quarter finals at Roland Garros and will be confident of matching that achievement here.
