The Warriors are firmly locked into the 10th seed in the Western Conference, while the Clippers are still battling for the 8th spot. If they lose this game to the Warriors or if the Portland Trail Blazers win over the Sacramento Kings, the Clippers will fall to the 9th seed.
The Clippers would want to win today, so they could get two opportunities to get into the playoffs.
