Brooklyn Nets make the short journey to face New York Knicks in the NBA Eastern Conference looking to continue to improve on their poor start to the new season. The Nets have won just one of their seven games played so far, though they ended their L6 streak by beating Indiana Pacers on the road last time out. It will be interesting to see if that victory has given them the confidence to get a second straight win on the road, but the Knicks are clear favorites to win this game.
The Knicks, though, haven't enjoyed a particularly good start to their campaign either. After losing their first three games, New York Knicks beat Detroit Pistons and then Chicago Bulls. However, they head into this one on the back of a defeat away at Philadelphia 76ers. Nets did win this fixture during the Summer League, but Knicks have by far the best head to head record.
