After getting the better of a lower-ranked player in straight sets last time out, the big-hitting Canadian should be feeling confident ahead of this match against the lower-ranked Dalibor Svrcina, who could struggle to keep up with a man who loves this venue. 

It's probably not worth paying too much attention to the fact that Dalibor Svrcina made it beyond Luciano Darderi last time out. That match only lasted three games before the Italian retired, so it's fair to say that the Czech player was not tested at all.
