Flavio Cobolli vs Sebastian Korda Prediction & Picks - ATP Italian Open
by Bradley Gibbs | in ATP Italian Open Picks
An interesting match taking place in Rome on the ATP side of things Flavio Cobolli take on the higher-ranked Sebastian Korda. The US player is ranked above the Italian, but Cobolli is on home soil here, plus he's in decent clay-court form. Can the same be said for Sebastian Korda? Right now, definitely not. Looking at the early lines, there's reason to feel that Cobolli is available at slightly generous odds.

Our Flavio Cobolli vs Sebastian Korda Prediction
As the higher-ranked player, Korda is the favourite here, but I really don't think he should be as strong in the early market as he is. Currently, the US player is being priced as if he's in much better form than he's shown on European hard courts over the last month. His recent defeats to both Ofner and Barrere tell me that an in-form Cobolli, who is playing in his native Italy, could easily get the job done here. Following pleasing recent wins against higher-ranked players such as Tabilo and Jarry, both of whom are strong on clay, the Italian is worth siding with to cause a minor upset here. Our Prediction: Flavio Cobolli to Win.
