Atlanta Dream (8-3) and Chicago Sky (3-7) will clash in an Eastern Conference matchup on Sunday night. The Dream are on fire this season, sitting second in the conference standings and third in the league. They are just 1.5 games behind the Liberty, whom they play on Tuesday night on the road before hosting the Mystics and the Sky. A win against the champions would make it for straight wins after their 33-point blowout win over the Mystics on Sunday. Any team should be scared of facing them.
Chicago Sky, meanwhile, haven’t looked convincing, as they look to show improved performances this season. They managed to end their three-game slide on Sunday with a convincing 12-point victory over the struggling Connecticut Sun. Chicago can build on that impressive performance with home wins against the Mystics and the Mercury before traveling to Atlanta. Winning, especially against the Mercury and the Dream, could revive their hopes this season.
