The Boston Celtics (35-19) visit the Golden State Warriors (29-26) in an NBA 2025-26 game on Thursday, February 19, at the Chase Center.
The Celtics and the Warriors face each other for the first time this season. But the momentum rides in favor of the Celtics, who have lost only once in the last seven games.
Most recently, Boston is coming off a convincing 124-105 victory over the Chicago Bulls. The Celtics showed off their depth in the win, with three of their bench players scoring at least 16 points. Payton Pritchard led the way with 26 points and 8 assists, while Jaylen Brown contributed 24 markers.
The Celtics will continue to miss the services of superstar forward Jayson Tatum, but they have shown that they can win despite the absence of their main man.
As for the Warriors, they find themselves in a tough spot coming into this game. They are without both Stephen Curry and Jimmy Butler III, leaving the home team severely shorthanded on star power.
