During the early evening for those situated stateside, there's action to get stuck into at the ATP event in Auckland, New Zealand, known also as the ASB Classic. The man currently ranked 50th in the world has had time to rest and recover ahead of this encounter. Will that make a difference? Or will he once again come up short?

Following his win against Muller in Hong Kong last week, Marcos Giron cam unstuck against Bublik, but he played well in defeat, picking up a set, which tells me that he should have little problem beating his French opponent for a second time in less than a week. His win over Muller last week was a reasonably convincing one, with the American player winning in straight sets.
Frankly, with similar conditions, I see no real reason why Marcos Giron won't repeat last week's victory over Alexandre Muller, so much so that odds of -115 look too good to ignore.
