Meeting for the second time in three weeks, Alexander Blockx and Flavio Cobolli will clash in the third round of the US Open on Saturday, when the Belgian will be looking to get revenge on the Italian, who won when these two recently met in Cincinnati. At that event, Cobolli kicked on to reach the semi-finals. He's now looking for a career-best effort at Flushing Meadows. 

From a betting point of view, it's difficult to see why Flavio Cobolli is as big as -109. Let's be real for a second, the Italian is the world number six, while it's not as if he's been playing badly, losing only one of his last seven hard-court matches. Sure, he's up against an up-and-comer, a player who is clearly moving towards the upper echelons of the game, but Alexander Blockx isn't there yet, and we can't be too quick to assume that he'll shift through the gears and beat a top-10 player based on a couple of wins against lesser opponents.
