Capital city bragging rights are on the line this Saturday, as West Ham host Spurs in a huge London derby. After crushing defeats in their opening two Premier League games (plus a dismal League Cup loss at Wolves), the pressure was seriously mounting on Hammers' boss Graham Potter. However, his side produced a fantastic display to win 3-0 at Notts Forest last time out to get their season up and running, whilst also buying Potter some precious breathing room.
Spurs' start to the campaign has been a mirror image of West Ham's. Thomas Frank's side opened up with a comfortable 3-0 win over Burnley, before recording a memorable 0-2 victory at Manchester City. They were then brought crashing down to earth by a dismal 0-1 loss at home to Bournemouth. Despite that defeat, it has been an encouraging start for Frank, and three points on Saturday would go a long way towards increasing his popularity even further with the Spurs faithful.

Our West Ham vs Tottenham Prediction
West Ham's home form has been a huge concern for over a year now, and if their 1-5 loss to Chelsea is anything to go by, it's going to be another miserable season for home fans at the London Stadium. In contrast, we think that Spurs are going to be much improved from the side that finished in 17th place last season. As ushc, we are taking the visitors to claim all three points, with ex-Hammer Mohammed Kudus enjoying a goalscoring return to his former club. Our prediction for West Ham United vs Tottenham Hotspur is: Tottenham to win and Mohammed Kudus to score.
