The UFC 321 will head to the Etihad Arena in Abu Dhabi this Saturday with Virna Jadiroba (22-3-0) and Mackenzie Dern (15-5-0) facing off in the co-main event. Virna Jandiroba is a 37-year-old Brazilian fighter who will seek to prove that she still has much fight left. She hasn’t tasted defeat since losing to Amanda Ribas at UFC 267 in October 2021. “Carcara” is coming off a decision win against Yan Xiaonan at UFC 314 and will have her sights set on gold with a win this weekend.
Mackenzie Dern, meanwhile, is a 32-year-old American-Brazilian fighter who is on a mission to dominate the strawweight division. Mackenzie joined the franchise in March 2018, going on to win her first two assignments. However, she recently experienced a rough patch after recording back-to-back losses against Amanda Lemos and Jessica Andrade. She bounced back from the defeat to defeat Loopy Godinez and Amanda Ribas to make her case for a title shot.
