Monaco wanted to switch to a 3-1 record after the fourth day. Unfortunately, due to a poor performance in Italy, Monaco find themselves level before the start of the fifth day of the Euroleague. A reaction is expected from the Roca Team this Friday evening against Valencia. The 77-73 defeat in Bologna is disappointing, especially as the offense did not really shine during the 40 minutes. Fortunately, the Principality club can rely on players with character to bounce back as quickly as possible. We're talking about former NBA players such as Nikola Mirotic, Daniel Theis, and of course Mike James. With the support of the French duo Okobo and Strazel, the talent is there in every position to make the difference against Valencia on Friday. After two defeats in three home games in all competitions, it's time for Monaco to get back on track!
The Euroleague is not going well for Valencia at the moment. After an excellent start to the season, the Spaniards have lost twice to Barcelona and, more recently, to Hapoel Tel Aviv at home. These were frustrating defeats, both by 10 points or less. It seems that the Oranges crack when the pressure mounts in a game, which is something Monaco must take into account. After taking a blow to the head, Pedro Martinez's men will have to find the resources to turn things around.
