This week, there's more grass-court tennis coming our way from various European locations. In Germany, there's an ATP event in Halle, where on Tuesday, Tomas Martin Etcheverry will play his first grass-court match of the season. Unfortunately, the Argentine is up against Daniil Medvedev, who has twice reached the final of this event since 2022, and that's not exactly the opponent you want when trying to get back into the swing of the grass-court game. 

Unlike his opponent, Daniil Medvedev, who has previously enjoyed himself in Halle, has played three grass-court matches so far in 2026, warming up with some efforts in the Netherlands last week. With those matches under his belt, returning to a venue that suits him, the Russian looks a decent bet to get the job done here without dropping a set.
