I get it; home teams are often considered the betting favorite because everyone plays better at home. But that hasn’t been the case in this series and in recent games. Seattle has hit .231 over the last week and recorded just 13 runs in six games. Tampa Bay has hit .261 with 29 runs in six games. Both starters have been good, but not great, and Seattle has a slight edge in the bullpen (3.77 ERA to 3.99). The data screams for another low-scoring game, but the total is really low (7.5). Tampa Bay is in a great position to complete the series sweep today.
