The Cardinals have been the better team this season, but they don't appear to be the better team heading into this series. Leahy is a decent pitcher, but it doesn’t look like he’s going to get much support. His lineup has hit just .228 over the last week (20 runs scored in six games). Don’t expect a massive improvement against a solid pitcher like Cease. Toronto should win this game; my only concern is that while they’ve been hitting .258 over the last week, they scored just 21 runs in six games. But I’d still call the run line the best bet here.
