The Seattle Mariners will try to close out the Toronto Blue Jays in Game 6 of their American League Championship Series on Sunday at Rogers Center.

The Blue Jays are the betting favorites at home (–127), but the Mariners are coming off a potentially momentum-switching performance in Game 5.

Series Recap:

The Mariners became the first team to win at home in Game 5, thanks to three home runs, two of which came from third baseman Eugenio Suarez. Suarez put Seattle on the board with a solo blast in the second inning and then delivered a tie-breaking grand slam in the 8th inning. MVP contender Cal Raleigh also scored the home run that tied the match before Suarez hit the grand slam shot. Game 5 starters Bryce Miller and Kevin Gausmann canceled each other out as both pitchers allowed one earned run in this match.

Starting Pitchers Matchup:

Mariners RHP Logan Webb (1-0, 2.45 ERA): Webb is scheduled to hit the mound for the third time this postseason. The right-hander has allowed three earned runs over 9 innings this October, helping the Mariners win a couple of playoff games against the Tigers 8-4 on October 7 and the Blue Jays 10-3 on October 13. Blue Jays RHP Trey Yesavage (1-1, 4.82 ERA): Yesavage looks to bounce back from a nightmarish stint on the mound last October 13, where he surrendered 5 earned runs over 4 innings in a 3-10 loss to the Mariners. Before Seattle exposed him in that forgettable Game 2, Yesavage was coming off a spectacular start against the Yankees on October 5, blanking the Bronx Bombers through 5.1 innings with 11 strikeouts.
