These two Pacific Division foes have faced-off twice already this season, with both teams already picking up a win in the series. Saturday night, the Seattle Kraken (12-14-6) will head into the shark tank to take on the San Jose Sharks (17-15-3).
The two teams met twice last month, and in the first game, the Sharks took home a 6-1 bludgeoning win. Macklin Celebrini scored once and assisted on 2 other goals while Yaroslav Askarov stopped 29 of the 30 shots he faced. However, in the 2nd game, Philipp Grubauer came in net to relieve an injured Matt Murray. Grubauer stopped all 19 shots and helped lift the Sharks to a 4-1 win. Chandler Stephenson grabbed a hat trick of assists while Jaden Schwartz scored twice in the rematch win.
