The Dallas Stars will attempt to bounce back from two consecutive defeats on Saturday, facing the Columbus Blue Jackets at American Airlines Center. A low-scoring affair is expected between two teams that have struggled to generate offense.
With 2.62 goals per game, the Stars own the sixth-worst offensive record in the NHL, and the Blue Jackets have been even worse. Despite picking up Valeri Nichushkin and Matthew Knies in the offseason, the team has managed just 2.45 goals a night.
