The Philadelphia Phillies will try to become MLB's next 10-game winner when they host the San Francisco Giants today in Game Two of a four-game series. Fans can follow the action once the game gets underway at 6:45 pm EST on Tuesday, April 15.

Philly is the betting favorite for this game despite coming off a hard week that saw them lose four of six games on a road trip (two vs. Atlanta and two vs. St. Louis). They were blanked by the Cardinals in the series finale in St. Louis Sunday, losing 7-0. Starting pitcher Zach Wheeler (six innings, seven hits, three earned runs) didn't get much in the way of support, with the Philadelphia lineup only chipping in three hits. As for the Giants, their road trip got off to a solid start with a 2-1 series win in New York vs. the Yankees over the weekend.  

Philadelphia will give Jesus Lazardo the ball to start the game. Lazardo is 2-0 on the season with 25 strikeouts in three starts and a 1.50 ERA. San Francisco will hope for a good start from Justin Verlander. Verlander has three starts under his belt already, but has yet to factor into a decision. He has a 6.92 ERA and a 1.69 WHIP.
