The San Francisco Giants will face the Athletics today in the third game of a weekend series and the finale of Sunday's MLB schedule. Fans can follow the action once the game gets underway at Sutter Health Park in Sacramento at 10:05 pm EST.

The A's took the series opener in dominating fashion Friday, beating the Giants 11-2. But San Francisco battled back in Game Two yesterday to take the win 7-2. Logan Webb kept the A's lineup in check, holding it to seven hits and two earned runs over 6 2/3 innings. Willy Adams led the way at the plate, going 3-5 with four RBI. Hayden Birdsong will start the day for the Giants. He is 3-3 in eight starts and 19 appearances with a 4.30 ERA and 1.4 WHIP. He often doesn't go much more than four innings; he's gone 5+ innings in just three appearances this season. Jacob Lopez will get the start for the A's.
