LA Sparks (10-14) will host their Western Conference rivals, Las Vegas Aces (12-13), on Tuesday night at Crypto.com Arena. The Sparks have shown slight improvement this season compared to 2024, although they must do better in defense to compete in the Conference. They are sixth in the conference standings with a .417 winning record and can close the 2.5-game gap with the Valkyries and the Aces. The Sparks will play the Liberty before hosting the 2023 champions.
Las Vegas Aces, on the other hand, have looked like a pale shadow of themselves this season. They have lacked squad depth this term after losing key players like Kelsey Plum and Tiffany Hayes during the offseason. Their replacements haven’t filled the void effectively, leaving the Aces in fourth spot in the Conference with a .480 winning percentage. The Aces will play the Wings on Sunday, looking to end their three-game slide, before travelling to LA.
