On Thursday, the Mavericks and Spurs face off for the second time this season. The previous encounter took place at the American Airlines Center, the same venue where they'll play on Thursday. The Spurs, considered 3.5-point underdogs in the pregame betting, still managed to win, in fact, crushing the Mavericks. That game on October 22nd saw the Spurs win 125-92, and it was a particularly productive night for Wembanyama, who scored 40 points and grabbed 15 rebounds. Anthony Davis played for the Mavericks that day, while Flagg was absent; that will be reversed on Thursday in Dallas.
