Holders PSG are huge favorites to progress to the last 16 of the Champions League as they take a 3-2 advantage into this week's playoff second leg against Monaco. 

Monaco will be bitterly disappointed to have lost last week's first leg after establishing an early 2-0 advantage thanks to two goals from Folarin Balogun.

PSG hauled themselves level before half time, as the in-form Désiré Doué and Achraf Hakimi took advantage of some slack home defending. The comeback was then completed by the impressive Doué during a second half that also saw Monaco lose Aleksandr Golovin to a red card. 

Monaco made a two goal comeback of their own at the weekend, as three goals in ten second half minutes saw them win 2-3 in Lens. Meanwhile, PSG maintained their two point lead at the top of Ligue 1 thanks to a 3-0 victory at home to Metz.
