PSG can fully focus on the Champions League. They have already secured the title in Ligue 1. It's their second trophy this season, following the one obtained at the Trophée des Champions. The Parisian club will also play in the Coupe de France final on May 25th against Lyon. Obviously, they are aiming for the quadruple and will do everything to reach the final match of the premier European competition. After eliminating Real Sociedad and FC Barcelona, Borussia Dortmund now stands in their way. Luis Enrique's team lost on BVB's turf last Wednesday (1-0). However, they could have deserved better as they had numerous opportunities. With a bit more efficiency in the final touch and the support of their fans, PSG could well turn the tide.
On the other hand, Borussia Dortmund is in 5th place in the Bundesliga. This position will secure them a spot in the next Champions League, thanks to the good results of German clubs in Europe. Even if they are not necessarily shining in the league, BVB shows a different face in the Champions League. They topped the group of death ahead of AC Milan, Newcastle United, and... PSG! Edin Terzic's men then managed to eliminate PSV Eindhoven and Atlético Madrid. They still have an advantage in the qualification, winning against PSG in the first leg (1-0).
