The first round of the 2026 NBA Playoffs continues on Tuesday night with three games on the schedule. One of these games will be in the Western Conference and will see the San Antonio Spurs take on the Portland Trail Blazers. Portland finds itself down 0-1 heading into Game 2, as they lost Game 1 handily on Sunday night by a score of 111-98. The Trail Blazers had no answer for Spurs superstar Victor Wembanyama, who scored a game-high 35 points. Portland was especially poor from three-point range, shooting 10 of 38 (26%).
The only real bright spot for Portland was Deni Avdija, who led the team with 30 points on 12 of 21 shooting.
