That game took place in Portland, and the Blazers were able to overcome an 8-point deficit and pulled out the 114-108 victory. Jaylen Brown led all scorers with 37 points for the Celtics. The Blazers had 3 scorers surpass 20 points, while Donovan Clingan and Caleb Love each added 18 points of their own.
Portland will come into this matchup having lost its last game to Toronto on Friday. That loss snapped a 4-game winning streak for the Blazers. Overall, this month, the Blazers have been playing some solid ball, and their 9-3 record reflects that play. They were held under 100 points just twice during this month, and both of those games were losses. They will need to keep that offensive output over 100 if they plan to take game two in their season series with these Celtics.
