The Red Sox swept Toronto up north in their previous series and outscored them 20-9 in total. On Sunday, Boston will try to win their current series against the Reds as they are currently 1-1. The Bluejays have seemingly not been able to find their footing after being swept by these Red Sox. They went to Cleveland after the Boston series and have lost two straight to the Guardians. Both games have been as lopsided as the Boston games. They have lost to Cleveland by a combined score of 13-4. As of now, Boston is set to throw Tanner Houck (7-5, 2.14) who pitched a no decision in his last start against these Bluejays. He went 5.2 innings allowing 2 runs on 6 hits. On the flipside, the Bluejays will start, Chris Bassitt (6-6, 3.52) who countered Houck in the last meeting.
