Andre Pallante is scheduled to get the start for the Cardinals. Pallante has had a respectable season, going 12-6 in 22 starts with a 3.63 ERA and a 1.22 WHIP. Teams have hit .241 against him. However, he has not always had his best stuff at home, where he is 5-6 in 13 starts with a 4.34 ERA and a .276 OBA.
As for the Phillies, Cristopher Sanchez is expected to start the day on the mound. He has gone 15-4 in 24 starts with a 2.65 ERA and a 1.22 WHIP. But he has had some issues on the road, where he is 5-3 in 10 starts with a 4.48 ERA and a .312 OBA.

=11.0ptMy first thought was to go with the Phillies out of respect for Sanchez and since his last two road starts were solid. But the bulk of his work on the road has been subpar. St. Louis is certainly hitting well enough over the last week (.268 BA) to do some damage against him. However, Pallante has been hit hard by the Phillies in the past (.339 OBA in 56 career at-bats vs. Philadelphia). That tells me we have a solid chance of seeing a relatively high-scoring game tonight.
