The Philadelphia Phillies (45-36, 22-17 Away) will try to keep the good times rolling as they head to the Big Apple for a three-game weekend series with the New York Mets (34-47, 18-22 Home). Game 1 is scheduled to get underway today at 7:10 p.m. EST at Citi Field in Queens, NY.

Philadelphia comes into tonight’s game on a roll. After losing the series opener to the Nationals on Monday, 4-1, they rebounded to win the last three by a combined score of 29-18. As for the Mets, they’ve lost their last six games and haven’t won at home since beating the Phillies on June 18.

The Mets have yet to announce who will be starting the game on the mound for them. But the Phillies are scheduled to give Zach Wheeler the start. Wheeler is having a solid season, going 7-1 in 11 starts with a 2.11 ERA and a 0.88 WHIP. He got the win against the Mets in his last start (June 21), pitching 5 2/3 innings and giving up four hits (one home run), two earned runs, and three walks while striking out seven. In road games, he has gone 3-1 in six starts with a 2.17 ERA and a .205 OBA.
