Baltimore Orioles vs Philadelphia Phillies Prediction & Picks - MLB

Saturday the Philadelphia Phillies (46-22) will take on the Baltimore Orioles (45-23) in game two of their 3 game series. Game one is currently tied 3-3 as there is a rain delay in the 11th inning. The game looked to end in the bottom of the 10th when Rafael Marchan took a passed ball off the backstop and dove to tag Cedric Mullins at the plate. However, after a review, Mullins was called safe and the game went into the 11th. Kyle Schwarber launched another June homerun to begin the game but Kyle Bradish calmed down after that and retired 15 of the next 18 batters. Saturday, the Orioles will throw, Grayson Rodriguez (7-2, 3.27) who has been spectacular for Baltimore to this point. He has allowed just 3 runs over his last 12.1 innings of work. The Phillies will counter with Tijaun Walker (3-1, 5.40) who had a decent outing in his last start. After allowing 9 runs in his last 11 innings to the Giants and Cardinals, Walker pitched 5.2 innings against the Mets and gave up just 2 runs on 2 hits while striking out 6. While the Orioles have a healthy lead in the wildcard spot, they are still trying to chase down the Yankees for 1st place in the AL East.
