The Orlando Magic (37-28) will be on the road Saturday night to take on the Miami Heat (38-29). The Heat took the loss in their previous meeting in January. In that previous game, each quarter told a different story. The Magic led by 7 after the 1st quarter. The Heat bounced back and took a 9-point lead into the half. Orlando then won the 3rd quarter by a score of 40-20 to take a commanding 11-point lead into the final frame, where they were able to hold off the Heat for a 133-124 victory.
Miami has been on fire this month and has racked up a 6-game winning streak. Bam Adebayo eclipsed Kobe Bryant on Tuesday with the 2nd highest scoring game in NBA history with 83 points over the Wizards. Bam will certainly not be getting near that total in this matchup, but he and the Heat will be a short home favorite against these visiting Magic.
Orlando has had a strong March as well. After losing their 1st game of the month to Detroit, they have rattled off 6 straight wins since. Their last 2 wins came over Cleveland and Washington, with both games being a bit closer than Magic fans would want. However, they still have managed to stack the wins and now head into what should be a great game against Miami here.
